September 23, the Melbourne Royal has been run and won - Collie day that is! We are very proud to say that for the second year in a row our gorgeous Oliver was Dog challenge and went on to be Rup Best of Breed. The rest of the family did well also with our only other Rough Nalani coming second in the Open bitch class, and the baby Smoothie Tilly winning her Junior class whilst Freya was second to her half sister in Open bitch. Best of luck to Nish ( a daughter of our CH Bell Pepper's Gate Keeper) for finals day and also the BOB Rough Collie. Faberge's only other representative at the show was Samantha Buckley's lovely Peppa and she won her Baby class and was totally unfazed by the days hustle and bustle.
Please keep your dogs safe Snakes are already on the move in South Gippsland, we hope that Teeny's little Misty pulls through from her encounter.
September 15, WOW what an amazing weekend we have had two shows and 2 BEST IN GROUPS with brother and sister duo Oliver ( CH Carluke Au Contraire) and Nanette ( NEW CH Carluke Moonlite Over Paris) this also gave Nanette the last points for title, lucky as she is blowing coat in fine style and will now sit the rest of the year out.
September 09. The beginning of Spring saw a trip away this time to Sydney for the Spring Fair, what a fun filled weekend this is, the three Collies I took all enjoyed themselves Nanette brining home a challenge to leave her only needing single figures for her title. If you visit our Puppies in planning page you will notice that we are expecting babies all enquiries are welcome. The Melbourne Royal is looming large on the showing calendar looking forward to seeing lots of people there.
Faberge's latest babies from CH Kirrieloch Love Leigh have made there debut we wish these babies well and follow there careers with interest

June 24 Well we have finished with shows for a while and what a fun time the dogs have had. June 1st I ventured up to the Collie club of New South Wales Championship show under Tim Thomas (Ochaye Collies - Queensland) with fellow die hard shower Janice Cook and to say we had a great time is an understatement we took six dogs with us including Dog showing besties, Taghd ( CH Kirrieloch Time Lord) and came home with the following amazing results
Best in Show - CH Kirrieloch Time Lord ( S Buckley) , 3 rd in Intermediate bitch with Nanette ( Carluke Moonlite Over Paris) the only Collie roughs we took. Smooth Collie Best of Breed - CH Foxbell Unforgettable (AI) J Cook also Junior in Show & Rup Best of Breed Grand CH Carluke Flirtwth Noskirt .
A week later back in Victoria under breed specialist Mrs Kavcic we only took 2 Rough Collies the brother and sister team and walked off with Best of Breed and RuBob for CH Carluke Au Contraire and Carluke Moonlite Over Paris, Nanette is very close to her title now but will have to wait for spring I fear, Oliver is coating and maturing nicely and his foot has healed from slicing a pad in half and will hopefully rejoin the show team.
In Queensland Taj adds another Breed speciality Rup BEST IN SHOW to his name for Jenny, Corinna and Rebecca.
May 28, 2014 A sunny weekend in Broken hill and lots of fringies were collected by the dogs. Thank you to everyone that help us over the weekend.

MARCH 18, 2014 Well Autumn has arrived and the new year begins to take shape. Not a lot has been happening here, we have attended a couple of shows and Chanel is so close to her title she can just about taste it. Our puppies are developing nicely though not strictly pups I guess the youngest has just turned 6 months old. We have said a sad farwell to our old boy Bryce (CH Carluke By Design) at a grand age, he is survived here by 2 daughters and a granddaughter. Nova has been desexed and is making a slow recovery - always the drama queen!
Some photo's have been added of summer fun to the following pages:- Freya, Chanel, Tilly & Meme. Thank you to all those people that have been sending in photo's of the babies they have had from us over the last few months they are gorgeous and you are all doing a great job.
JANUARY 01, 2014 Well the new year has arrived, 2013 has proven a great year full of fantastic memories for us here at Carluke. 2 girls completed there GRAND TITLES firstly Maurville Dream Come Tru at Easter time, now at Christmas Carluke Flirtwth Noskirt has completed hers. Faberge Des Beldones (Imp FR) and his son Carluke Au Contraire have finished their titles, Oliver went on to also win numerous Class in Groups, Class in Shows, Best of Breed Melbourne Royal 2013 and won our first 'ALL BREEDS BEST IN SHOW' whilst in Queensland on holidays with Jenny. Not to be outdone CH Carluke Strike Apose added a Rup BEST IN GROUP (Group 2nd) at the Adelaide Royal 2013 after winning Best of Breed. From limited show ring outings our dogs have exceeded what our wildest dreams could only show us.
Of course in all the sunshine some sorrow must come and we lost during the year our lovely Anush - Carluke FantasyN Fairytales mother to A'sta and Pep(Bravo).
So we wish everyone the brightest of 2014 and even in the dark times that you see the silver edging that gets us through.
